Brooks have been my go-to running shoes since I started running cross country in high school. They're awesome and you can even get them in fun colors!
On those super cold days that you still want to get out for a run, try wool socks. Someone introduced me to Smart Wool socks last year and I don't know what I would do in the winter without them. Especially when it's below 20, they are amazing. They are super comfortable and I wear them all winter long.
Running gloves. I bought these a few years ago and they are amazing. I don't like spending that much on gloves, but these are well worth it. I wear them all the time, not just when I'm running.
A good yoga mat is SO important. I bought mine several years ago, but here's a similar one.
Yoga DVD. Classes keep me more motivated than doing a yoga dvd at home, but there are several dvds that are good.
The Bosu Ball is my favorite thing at the gym. Flip it over and do push ups. You will definitely feel it the next day! These are also great for wall sits.
