Weight loss is a struggle for many, including myself. Through trial and error (and a lot of perseverance) I lost 30 pounds in 2017. I learned a lot along the way that will hopefully help you if you are struggling or just looking for some new ideas and inspiration. This truly is a journey and it is important to be realistic while enjoying all of the steps along the way.
