15 Salad Recipes

May is National Salad Month! Nothing says summer quite like fresh produce and salads. I love that salads are so versatile and there are so many different types.

Salads are also easy. Well, maybe not all of them. Easy meals are essential when things get busy, and this is definitely one of those busy times in farming. It's planting time! I love planting flowers and planting my garden, but this is a much bigger undertaking. Hundreds of acres of grass (for hay), corn and soybeans. Refilling the planter with seed. It's planting time!

A bunch of my farm friends also have some pretty delicious salad recipes and were nice enough to share them for this round up. Think of it as your one stop shop for salads, during National Salad Month and all year long! Enjoy!
